Circular looms with creels of PP yarn bobbins

Quality & Factory

Our FIBC factory and how we control quality

Mingzhe makes FIBC bags in six in-house steps — yarn drawing, winding, circular weaving, webbing, coating and sewing — from 100% virgin PP. Filled bags are lift-tested above 1 metre and stack-tested above 3 layers, and whole-bag strength is tested in our own laboratory.

01Process

Six in-house production steps

Step 1

Yarn drawing

Virgin PP resin is extruded into film and slit into flat tape yarn on our own drawing lines. Using only new material here is what keeps the fabric strength consistent.

Step 2

Winding

The tape yarn is wound onto bobbins on take-up machines, ready to load onto loom creels and webbing looms.

Step 3

Circular weaving

Circular looms weave the yarn into tubular PP fabric, the body of every bag. Double-warp fabric is woven for bags that need a stronger body.

Step 4

Webbing (lifting loops)

Webbing looms weave the belts used for lifting loops and reinforcement straps. Widened, thickened straps are the foundation of a bag’s load-bearing strength.

Step 5

Coating

Fabric for waterproof and moisture-resistant bags is coated (laminated) on our coating line. Uncoated fabric is used where the product needs to breathe.

Step 6

Cutting & sewing

Fabric is cut in the cutting workshop and sewn into bags with lifting loops, spouts and anti-leak strips. Lock-edge seams and double stitching keep seams from opening or skipping.

02Quality control

Quality control checklist

  • 100% virgin PP material — no recycled resin
  • Fabric tensile strength exceeding the Chinese national standard
  • Lifting test: filled bags lifted more than 1 metre
  • Stacking test: filled bags stacked more than 3 layers high
  • Whole-bag strength testing in our in-house laboratory
  • Seam check: double-layer lock-edge seams, even and flat stitching
  • Leak-prone areas fitted with cotton anti-leak strips where specified
  • Finished-product inspection before shipment

Construction details that carry the load

  • U-panel body structure
  • Cross-shaped bottom support
  • Widened, thickened lifting straps
  • Double-layer lock-edge seams
  • Cotton anti-leak strips
